**Absolutely awful avoid at all costs**I have had the worst experience I have ever received from this garage, Im absolutely appalled by the level of service :-( My vehicle has been back into them with the same reoccurring fault 5 times within a 5 month period with the last repair only lasting 2 hours! They appear to have no general knowledge of the ford Diesel engine and even admitted that they do not possess the correct tools required to diagnose my fault, therefore they have continued to bodge the repair and send me on my way only for my vehicle to break down hours later. This has now resulted in me having a full refund and having to take my vehicle to another garage as C B Motors have agreed in writing that they are inadequate to carry out the necessary repairs required.To make matters worse they also appear to have a thief working amongst them as a rare 2 coin has been stolen from the side pocket of the drivers door :-( Im extremely upset by this and understandably disappointed.
I tried to rent a medium Van for just for 1 day, they told me that I need to rent the bigger one that was more expensive as they didn't have the small one available, I said OK, then they told me that because I wanted to rent on Saturday I need to returned on Monday but that they will charge 2 full days, I said OK and they took the money in advance, I call just after as my dad that was going to drive the van couldn't returned on Monday as he works on Mondays and a ember of our family will help, but they didn't want to bring me back my money, I ask to please send me a cancellation policy online they never send to me and said they did, I pay 100.00 for nothing what a greedy selfish business I hope they are proud of making money for nothing, I always been very polite and understanding with then by phone, I just don't understand why they keep 100% of the cost of the rental if you cancel as normally a cancellation policy never get to the 100% of the bill. Will never use them or recommended them at all.
Taken my car in as it was sounding bad. Told me it's OK come pick it up. I refused and told them they hadn't looked properly and to look again and maybe look at breaks pad which they should have done something was diffantly wrong. So they did and found that the brakes had no discs and I wasn't allowed to drive it. That could have killed me not happy for something so simple
I made an online reservation which was subsequently refused by this 'inferior' Ford dealer. Why would they turn away 1500 worth of repairs, maybe the owner has enough money? Managed to get it booked in at Invicta Motors for the next day. Don't waste your time with this dealer, useless.
