Very kind and patient staff. The lovely lady vet allowed my dog to sit on the chair for his vaccination because he hates being on the floor and gets very frightened. Very good advice from staff.

Brilliant treatment, kind, sensitive and friendly.
They are really helpful and it is such a friendly environment. My dog loves it so much he pulls me towards it when we walk past. The team are all so nice and they care about animals so much. It is clear to see they love animals and helping them. I take my cat and dog there and the team are amazing. I highly recommend it.
Could ask no more from the team at the Cinque ports. Helpful over the phone. Gave us an appointment same day which was a Saturday. We had a second appointment and saw a different vet, this was not issue as they keep good records and have knowledgeable staff. We got asked to give phone updates so they could keep tabs on our animals progress. All back to normal now for our pet thankfully.
