When you call to make a emergency appointment the hours are 8.00 to 10.00am I called them and 9.30am and they said I missed the cut. Either change the time or give a valid reason
Ridiculous waiting times, considering it's supposed to be 10 minutes per patient. I only know this as once I was rushed out of one of the doctors rooms because of this.
Got my cuts and bruises checked out here. Bad parking though.
After some really poor doctors in London with one star ratings, I've hit the doctor jackpot here. I have a couple of ongoing health issues which have been treated with dignity, care and respect by all the doctors I've seen here. They don't push pills at you and actually suggest other ways of managing your condition, and do referrals quick. The receptionists are lovely and friendly, helpful and I actually don't mind going to the doctors now at all. The nurse is very nice as well and got my blood test result done very quickly. You can have blood tests done there which is useful. It's clean, bright and spacious, plenty of seating, and special mention to the doctors receptionist who phoned me several times to try and get hold of me over a hospital appointment, she's an amazing lady. It's actually the best doctors I've ever been to and am very grateful to have this service and on the NHS as well. I would thoroughly recommend this surgery, if you live in the area.
You would go a long way to finding a surgery as good as this one. All my family use it and its nothing short of outstanding in every respect. We are very lucky to have this facility in Tenterden.
