My wife drove our 1 month new car for a wash & wax service at the above on Saturday 13/20/18; having looked at the car yesterday, (Sunday), I was somewhat dissatisfied & concerned as there were streak marks on the bonnet which appeared to be sealed under the wax!Today, Monday morning, the bonnet was beaded with rain which, later this afternoon, I wipe dry. The marks appear to have gone. I did complain to the franchise who, to be fair, did response quickly to my email but wanted photos & a receipt which my wife didn't have & of course she'd paid cash too. Since informing the franchise of the above they emailed me to say that they would be sending the regional manager for an urgent site visit & further training if required.
